1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days depending on location. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship inside the Philippines. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been confirmed as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier or file a claim with them. We can assist with the claim process if needed.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other international shipping issues.
